Wismettac are known for producing the Shirakiku brand products and its connection with is a sister company of Nishimoto Trading Co. Ltd. Wismettac was established in Kobe, Japan in 1912 and is one of the oldest and most experienced importers, wholesalers and distributors of Asian food products in North America. FBJ were contracted by the managing agent, along with a commercial builder doing the office fit out, to construct the new freezer / coolroom complex. FBJ provided a complete turnkey solution.
