Australian Fresh Salads is a leading national producer, with farms in Queensland and Victoria, who specialise in growing baby leaf salads for major supermarket chains, local restaurants and major metropolitan markets. FBJ were contracted at an early stage to construct their new production facility. FBJ assisted with design and product choice to ensure that the new facility was easy to maintain, energy efficient and built to a high standard. It was important to AFS that the new facility could be changed or expanded with minimal disruption, so design was an important factor in the construction phase.
